By submitting this application to Enfinium Pty Ltd, you declare that you are not under 18 years of age or are undischarged bankrupt or of unsound mind. You declare that the information given in this application is true and correct and that you have not wilfully withheld any facts. You undertake to keep Enfinium informed of any changes in our particulars given in this application and hereby authorise Enfinium to verify any information given by us from any sources that Enfinium may in its sole discretion deem appropriate.

You confirm that you have read and understood Enfinium's Risk Disclosures, Financial Service Guide (FSG), Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and agree to abide by all of these terms and conditions. You agree that Enfinium may vary, alter and amend any of the terms and conditions in their sole discretion.

You understand that the submission of this application and acceptance of this application by Enfinium shall in no way be construed as the approval of our application and that Enfinium reserves the right not to approve this application without giving any reasons whatsoever. You warrant that:

i) You are the ultimate beneficial owner of this account and that no person other than yourself will have any interest in this account, whatsoever;

ii) All monies which will be paid to Enfinium originates from a legitimate source.

You hereby consent to the disclosure by Enfinium to affiliated institutions and to any relevant person of all or any of the information in relation to or concerning the transactions effected through the Trading Account such as the contract or contra statement numbers, amounts due thereunder, the Trading Account number and such information as may be necessary or appropriate or that may arise in order to effect, or as a result of, the payments to the designated Bank Account by Enfinium or the payments by me to Enfinium from a Bank Account.

You confirm that you have read and fully understood the Declaration by Individual Account applicants on this document and agree fully that the terms and conditions therein form part of our application of a Individual Trading Account with Enfinium.

You acknowledge that it may not be possible to cancel / modify an order and I am responsible for executions notwithstanding a cancel / modify request. You understand that Enfinium may modify margin requirements for any or all customers for any open or new positions at any time, in Enfinium's sole discretion. You also confirm that Enfinium does not have to notify me of any failure to meet margin requirements before exercising their rights under the Enfinium agreement. Enfinium is therefore authorised to liquidate account positions in order to satisfy margin requirements without prior notice.

You also authorise for a representative from Enfinium to electronically sign on your behalf to establish the opening of this trading account.
